StudyPath UK provides daily AI-powered learning assignments, progress tracking, and parent dashboards for KS3 students in the UK.

3. Eligibility

Parents must be 18 years or older to create an account. The platform is designed for KS3 students (Years 7-9).

4. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.

5. Subscription and payments

Subscriptions are £9.99/month or £89.99/year, with a 7-day free trial. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel anytime; no refunds for partial months.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.

7. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, and technology on StudyPath UK are the property of StudyPath UK Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

StudyPath UK is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
